Leigh Wilson is an experienced, award-winning, licensed Idaho Realtor and the owner/founder of Boise's Best Real Estate. She is also a proud Boise State alumnus, where she vigorously competed for the Broncos as a gymnast while studying education and business. Later she obtained her paralegal certificate from NNU in Nampa.
Leigh started her real estate career in 2001 when she decided to make a transition from a life of coaching gymnastics and running her own gym. In the first four years of her real estate career she was an independent agent before deciding to open her own company yet again. In 2005, Boise’s Best Real Estate Team was born. Not only has she been a top-producing buying and listing agent each of her years in the business, but she has also excelled in investment property and short sales while maintaining a history of bringing complicated real estate transactions to a successful close. Under her guidance Boise’s Best Real Estate Team has helped over 1,700 families buy or sell their dream home.
Leigh relishes her time with her husband and best friend, whose lively and playful spirit balances her work-driven lifestyle. With him by her side, she is reminded to stop (even if briefly) and enjoy the little things. Her joys include reading books that teach her to live the fullest life possible while adding value to the lives of those around her. She loves to golf and feels that her job on the course is to add entertainment for the other players--making them feel better about their game after they watch her chase the ball around. But her greatest love is traveling to destinations with beaches, warm water and snorkeling opportunities.
In 2016, Leigh was honored with the Women and Children's Alliance "Tribute to Women and Industry" award "which honors women who have excelled in their fields and made significant contributions to industry in executive, managerial and professional roles." She is also a “Certified John Maxwell Coach, Teacher and Speaker” and is the founder of Focus Forward Business Design, a coaching, speaking and training business that helps current or potential business owners grow their business dreams through leverage with the help of coaching, goal setting and fiscal accountability. She is available to speak to employee and management groups to help them take their own careers and lives to a level to which they aspire.
