Friday, August 21 | Movie begins at dusk
Pack a blanket and settle onto the lawn for a free outdoor showing of Disney’s live-action Lilo & Stitch. Food vendors will be onsite, and no tickets or advance reservations are required.
Expo Idaho | 5610 N. Glenwood Street in Garden City

The Western Idaho Fair returns for ten days of carnival rides, livestock exhibits, competitions, fair food and live entertainment. This year’s Grandstand lineup includes Brantley Gilbert, Skillet, Third Eye Blind, The Art of Rap featuring Ice-T and Sir Mix-A-Lot, and Lee Brice, with general admission seating included with fair entry.
August brings a packed lineup of concerts and live performances to Boise and communities across the Treasure Valley. From touring rock, folk and alternative artists to free outdoor concerts and local musical theater, there are plenty of ways to catch a show in Boise, Meridian, Eagle and Nampa this month.

Settle in for a free summer concert beneath the evening sky in downtown Eagle. Local band Problamatic closes out the August installment of the Gazebo Concert Series, with space to spread out on the lawn and enjoy a relaxed night of live music.

Five nights of professional rodeo action return with bull riding, barrel racing, bareback riding, tie-down roping and more. One of Caldwell’s biggest annual traditions, the Night Rodeo brings elite competitors and enthusiastic crowds together beneath the arena lights.
